Irwin Weltz is a Partner in Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP’s securities regulatory, business litigation and arbitration practice groups.
Mr. Weltz has over twenty years of litigation experience in court, arbitral and administrative forums. His practice is focused on representing broker-dealers and registered representatives in customer, employment and industry arbitrations as well as in investigations and proceedings involving the SEC, FINRA and state regulatory bodies. Mr. Weltz also provides counsel on compliance with securities and employment laws and regulations, and conducts internal investigations. In addition, Mr. Weltz continues his traditional court litigation practice, which has included diverse matters such as securities class actions, employment disputes, partnership conflicts, derivative actions, professional malpractice, criminal defense, defamation, contract and fraud claims and bankruptcy proceedings.
