Experience

Mr. Fattal is an attorney with broad exposure across the legal spectrum, including Securities,
M&A, commercial transactions and real estate.

Prior to SRF, Mr. Fattal most recently practiced at a boutique securities law firm. Mr. Fattal also
served as General Counsel at Soho Properties, a Manhattan-based real estate development
and investment firm, with upwards of $750 million AUM, as well as at an international Japanese
private equity fund. Mr. Fattal brings significant expertise to the firm from an in-house
perspective.

Mr. Fattal has advised clients in a range of private and publicly held companies, as well as
financial sponsors and lenders across varied industries, including real estate development, land
banking, hospitality operations, hospitality technology, pharmaceuticals and mining.
