Owen A. Kloter
Owen Kloter is an associate in the Firm's Business Litigation and Broker-Dealer Regulation Practice Groups. Mr. Kloter's practice focuses on securities and commercial litigation in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Mr. Kloter was named a 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Rising Star by Thomson Reuter's Super Lawyers Magazine, an honor reserved for no more than two and one-half percent of the lawyers in the New York Metro area.
Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP, Mr. Kloter was associated with a Long Island-based firm where he focused on banking and business litigation as well as matters related to trust-related litigation and corporate trustees. He was also previously associated with the Manhattan office of a national consumer finance litigation firm, and began his career in New York at a boutique litigation firm specializing in commercial and estate litigation.

Mr. Kloter received his J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law in 2008, where he received a CALI Excellence Award for best paper in American Legal History.
Mr. Kloter was graduated from Connecticut College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government, magna cum laude, with Distinction in both major fields, and was elected to Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.
Mr. Kloter is admitted to practice in the States of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as before the United States District Court for the Districts of Connecticut, New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
