Dr. Pamela Avallone is Counsel in the Intellectual Property and Corporate and Securities Departments of Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP. Dr. Avallone focuses her practice in the areas of science and technology law, intellectual property, FDA regulations, litigation finance, asset recovery, and mergers and acquisitions.
Dr. Avallone advises public and privately-held companies on all aspects of intellectual property, FDA regulatory and technology law and represents issuers, underwriters and investors in corporate financing transactions, including public and private equity and debt securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP, Dr. Avallone held various positions as both in-house and outside counsel, including serving as Director of Intellectual Property Investments for Brickell Key Asset Management, LLC and as a Shareholder at Polsinelli P.C. Dr. Avallone also served as Vice President, Intellectual Property and Legal Affairs for two Cambridge-based medical device and biotechnology innovators and worked on the successful acquisitions of both companies. Dr. Avallone also has experience working for both large and small pharmaceutical companies.
Dr. Avallone earned her J.D. with a concentration in intellectual property and communications law from Yeshiva University, Cardozo School of Law, her M.D. from University of Medicine and Health Sciences, her M.S. from Southern Connecticut State University, and her B.S. (cum laude) from the University of New Haven.
Dr. Avallone is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
