Press Release – New York, NY – May 19, 2016 – Founding partner Greg Sichenzia will participate in a panel on uplisting to a national exchange at the 2016 Marcum MicroCap Conference in New York City on June 1, 2016 at 9AM.  The panel will address what every company needs to know before, during and after an uplisting.  The panel moderator will be Andrew Hall of Nasdaq and the other panelists will include Dave Donohoe of ROTH Capital Partners and Ramnarain Jaigobind of Joseph Gunnar & Co. LLC.
