ME2C (OTCQB. “MEEC”).

The offering consisted of 11. 2 million shares of common stock at a price of $1.20 per share for gross proceeds of $13,440,000. Midwest Energy provides solutions to the global coal power industry to remove mercury from power plant emissions.
