Press Release – New York, NY – June 12, 2018 – Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it has represented ThinkEquity, a division of Fordham Financial Management, Inc., as sole book-running manager on its first underwritten public offering since launching its new ThinkEquity division.

ThinkEquity raised an aggregate of $18 Million for Trovagene, Inc. (Nasdaq TROV) in an underwritten public offering of Class A Units consisting of shares of common stock and warrants and Class B Units consisting of Series B preferred stock and warrants of Trovagene. The offering was made pursuant to an effective S-1 Registration Statement.
