Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP (SRF) is proud to announce the formation of the Fintech & Blockchain Practice Group. This new group will guide clients in matters relating to blockchain technologies and virtual currency.

The Fintech & Blockchain Group will harness our attorneys’ wide-array of expertise to keep our client’s ahead of the curve—guiding them in mitigating legal risk and maximizing economic opportunity as they explore these emerging technologies. 

The group will offer services related to Capital Markets, Regulation, & Compliance, including coin offerings, licensing, and investing in digital assets; Business Counsel, for NFTs, smart contracts, and outside general counsel services; and Litigation & Arbitration, representing clients in partnership disputes and regulator inquiries. 

The lawyers joining SRF in the Fintech & Blockchain Practice are members from the firm’s Corporate Law; Securities Law; and Business Litigation & Arbitration practice groups, including Marc J. Ross, Jennifer Trowbridge, and Emily M. Knight.
