Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Aegis Capital Corp. in $13.7 Million Underwritten Public Offering for Tantech Holdings Ltd.

Press Release – New York, NY – December 9, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Aegis Capital Corp. as sole book runner in an underwritten public offering of Tantech Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: TANH). The offering included 21,120,509 shares of common stock, at a price to the public of $0.65 per Share. The gross proceeds of the offering to the company were approximately $13.7 million.

The offering was made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form F-3 (No 333-248197) previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and declared effective by the SEC on August 31, 2020.
