(NYSE MKT LLC: NTS) in a merger transaction valued at approximately $140.0 million where Tower Three Partners LLC, a leading operationally oriented private equity firm, acquired all the capital stock of NTS Inc. for $2.00 per share. NTS is a provider of high speed broadband services, including internet access, digital TV and other services to residential and business customers in northern Texas and southeastern Louisiana.
