D.B.A Wellsense USA, the creator of the Israeli-devised, bedsore monitoring device, on a $2 million private placement of the Company’s preferred stock and warrants.

Wellsense was developed at the Profiscope Campus, an Israeli technology incubator founded by Ran Poliakine, the founder of Powermat Technologies. Wellsense’s patented M.A.P. system uses continuous bedside pressure technology to allow caregivers the ability to monitor patients using pressure distribution data in real time.
