Press Release – New York, NY – June 21, 2016 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, announced today that it has represented Joseph Gunnar & Co. LLC as sole book-running manager in a firm commitment underwritten public offering of shares and warrants of Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc.

The offering consisted of 1,200,000 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 623,320 shares, including partial exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option. Each share of common stock and warrant to purchase one share of common stock were offered at a combined price to the public of $1.75. The warrants are exercisable at a price of $2.20 over a five year term.
