Press Release – New York, NY – March 20, 2017 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it represented Pareteum Corporation (NYSEMKT: “TEUM”), a leading international provider of mobile networking software and services to the Mobile Network and Internet of Things markets, in an underwritten public offering of 2,333,334 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $1.50 per share together with the issuance of 1,166,667 five year warrants to purchase common stock with an exercise price of $1.87.

In addition, the underwriters exercised the over-allotment option to purchase an additional 109,133 warrants to purchase common stock, for aggregate gross proceeds, excluding any proceeds on the exercise of the warrants, of $3.5 million.  Joseph Gunnar & Co.LLC. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
